Merchant Onboarding Executive (MOE)

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Merchant Onboarding Executives to drive our ground-level market expansion. In this role, you will act as the face of The Market Evaluation Pvt. Ltd. in your assigned city, visiting local markets, retail shops, and service providers to onboard them onto our hyper-local digital marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Expansion & Market Visits: Conduct daily field visits across commercial markets, high-street retail zones, and local business clusters within the assigned city territory.

Merchant Pitching & Conversion: Present the platform’s business model and value proposition to shop owners, explaining how digital listing increases their customer base and sales.

Registration & Documentation: Guide merchants seamlessly through the digital registration process, account creation, and collection of necessary business verification documents.

Cataloguing & App Setup Assistance: Help newly acquired vendors set up their initial product/service catalogs, configure pricing, and understand how to navigate the merchant dashboard.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets set by city management.

Relationship Building & Support: Maintain professional relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure high platform retention, addressing initial operational queries.

Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field visits, converted leads, and daily performance logs for reporting to city managers.
