Job Description
Accounts Executive
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and data entry.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Generate invoices and maintain customer/vendor ledgers.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com/BBA (Finance) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Freshers with accounting knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome.
