Warehouse Supervisor

Experience Required: Min. 3–4 years in warehouse operations, heavy material handling, or industrial logistics. Full time & Part-Time can also apply.

Job Description:

We are looking for an active and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our industrial warehouse located in Chirle, Uran (near JNPT).

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day heavy cargo handling operations, coordinate with external crane/transport vendors, and oversee safe loading, unloading, and shifting of industrial panels and heavy structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Execution: Supervise daily unloading, lifting, and internal shifting of heavy industrial panels (handled via mobile cranes and rigging teams).
• Vendor & Safety Coordination: Ensure external crane operators, riggers, and lifting supervisors strictly follow site safety SOPs, HIRA, and use proper PPE (helmets, harnesses, safety shoes).
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain daily logs of received/shifted units, verify shift output targets (e.g., 6 units per shift), and oversee tool-box talks (TBT) before work starts.
• Yard Management: Coordinate movement inside the warehouse yard, manage truck turnaround times, and report any bottlenecks or safety hazards immediately.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience supervising heavy cargo, project logistics, or industrial warehouse operations in the JNPT/Uran/Panvel belt.
• Skills: Very good knowledge of heavy lifting, mobile cranes, rigging safety, and material tracking.
• Languages: Comfortable speaking Hindi and Marathi/English.
• Education: Minimum 10th pass
• Hiring: Should be able to hire crane and rigging vendors and partners to execute loading and unloading activites.
