Job Description for VMC/CNC operators
1. 2D DRAWING READING.
2. EXPERIENCE IN SETTING AND OPERATING THE VMC MACHINE.
3. EXPERIENCE IN FANUC CONTROL.
4. STRONG GD&T KNOWLEDGE.
5. WORK WITH TIGHT TOLERANCE(5 MICRONS TO 10MICRONS)
6. TAKING WORK OFFSET USING DIAL INDICATOR OR EDGE FINDER .
7. TAKING TOOL OFFSET USING PRESETTER. (TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN)
8. KNOWLEDGE IN 2D PROGRAMMING.3D PROGRAMMING GIVING ADVANTAGE.
9. KNOWLEDGE IN “D” VALUE (D-DIAMETER COMPENSATION VALUE)
10. KNOWLEDGE IN PRECISION INSTRUMENTS LIKE VERNIER CALIPER, MICROMETER,BORE
GAUGE, HEIGHT GAUGE, PIN GAUGE AND SLIP GAUGES TO PRODUCE QUALITY PART.
11. KNOWLEDGE IN “G” CODES AND “M” CODES.
12. KNOWLEDGE IN EDITING THE PROGRAMME.
13. BASIC MAINTENANCE OF VMC MACHINES.
14. FILLING UP DAILY PRODUCTION LOG SHEET AND STAGE INSPECTION SHEET.
