Job Description
🚀 WE’RE HIRING | TEAM LEADER – WALLET BUSINESS 🚀
📍 Location: Bangalore
- 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 15+ BDEs & Team Leaders
- Drive merchant acquisition through QR & Sound Box deployments
- Conduct merchant revisits and ensure active merchant engagement
- Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievement
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance
- Maintain field discipline, reporting, and process compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and business growth
- 🎯 Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Wallet/Fintech
- Experience with companies such as PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.
- Proven experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, and team handling
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
🚨 Mandatory Joining Requirement✅ Candidate must onboard with 5 active Sales Partners (SPs) at the time of joining.
- 💰 Salary & BenefitsCTC: Up to ₹40,000
