Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide courteous and professional service.
  • Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests according to the resort's service standards.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Assist guests with menu-related questions and basic food recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, dining area, and service stations.
  • Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure timely service.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
  • Assist during buffets, banquets, weddings, conferences, and other resort events.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
  • Follow instructions from the F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the F&B management team.
