Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads and source customers for Personal Loans.
* Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
* Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
* Handle customer queries and guide customers throughout the loan process.
* Collect and verify KYC and loan documents.
* Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing.
* Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
* Ensure compliance with company and banking policies.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into loan applications.
