Job Description

GB Homevera is looking for experienced Professional House Cleaning Technicians to provide high-quality residential cleaning services in Tirupati.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end home cleaning and operating professional cleaning machinery.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred

End-to-end home cleaning experience is mandatory

Professional vacuum cleaner experience is mandatory

Must know how to safely operate cleaning machines and equipment

Good knowledge of residential deep cleaning

Ability to clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, floors, windows and other household areas

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain professional standards

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Physically fit and willing to travel to customer locations within Tirupati

Punctual, responsible and well-groomed

Immediate joiners preferred

Mandatory Machine Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in the following equipment will be preferred:

Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Single Disc Floor Scrubber

Floor Polisher / Burnisher

High-Pressure Jet Washer

Steam Cleaner

Carpet Extraction Machine

Sofa Shampooing Machine

Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

Glass Cleaning Kit

Extension Poles & Professional Dusting Tools

Important: Candidates without practical vacuum-cleaning experience and end-to-end home-cleaning experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional residential deep-cleaning services

Operate vacuum cleaners and other cleaning machinery safely

Clean floors, bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, sofas, carpets, windows and other areas

Perform sofa and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment

Follow GB Homevera's cleaning checklist and SOP

Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly

Maintain machines and report equipment issues

Protect customer belongings and maintain a professional attitude at customer locations

Complete assigned cleaning work within the scheduled time

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and customer service
