Job Description

·        Maintain day-to-day book-keeping and ledger entries (Tally)

·        Handle purchase, sales, and expense invoicing at the factory unit

·        GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B preparation and filing support

·        TDS deduction, payment, and return filing support

·        Bank reconciliation and petty cash management

·        Coordinate with stores/production team for stock and inventory reconciliation

·        Vendor and contractor payment processing

·        Support statutory audit and internal audit requirements

·        Basic MIS reporting to Head Office/Group Finance team
