Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with labourers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, progress, material usage, and labour productivity.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Maintain daily site reports and track project progress.
- Identify and resolve site issues and prevent unnecessary rework.
- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and material management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant construction site experience.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and take ownership of responsibilities.
