Job Description

  1. Handle customers and understand their car detailing and service requirements.
  2. Explain detailing packages, services, offers, and pricing to customers.
  3. Generate sales through walk-in customers, calls, and follow-ups.
  4. Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into service bookings.
  5. Coordinate with the detailing/service team to ensure timely service delivery.
  6. Check the vehicle condition before and after service and update the customer.
  7. Follow up with customers for repeat services and additional requirements.
  8. Achieve monthly sales and customer conversion targets.
  9. Maintain customer records, service details, and daily sales reports.
  10. Ensure good customer satisfaction and handle basic customer complaints.
  11. Promote additional services and suitable car care packages.
  12. Support the branch team in achieving overall sales and service targets.
