🌟 Join a Premium Silk Saree Brand!We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead our premium silk saree store in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, customer handling, sales, inventory and store operations experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store opening and closing operations.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized and customer-ready at all times.
• Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising and promotional signage.
• Manage stock inward/outward, inventory, stock refilling and product availability.
• Handle staff attendance, uniforms and other store administration activities.
• Recruit, train and motivate the team to achieve sales and store targets.
• Monitor CCTV, anti-theft systems and other security measures to prevent stock loss.
• Manage cash handling, billing and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure a premium customer experience and resolve customer queries or complaints.
• Review team performance and prepare regular store performance reports.
• Coordinate with the CEO/management regarding store performance and operational requirements.

👤 What We’re Looking For3+ years of Store Manager/Retail Management experience.

• Candidates with experience in Textile, Sarees, Fashion, Handicraft or Retail will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory, cash management and store operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage the store independently and drive team performance.
