Senior Sales Executive

Title : Senior Sales Executive – Road Safety Products (Construction & Transportation Infrastructure)

SMA INFRAA PROJECTS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales operations for road safety products within the construction and transportation infrastructure industry. This individual will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing state-wide sales coverage, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets to unlock lucrative performance incentives.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Sales Strategy & Execution:** Drive sales of road safety components (e.g., Signages, crash barriers, reflective signs, Road Studs, safety cones, etc.) across road construction projects.
• Provide state-wide coverage, conduct regular client visits, and monitor regional demand.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for incentives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and infrastructure developers.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of road safety products to effectively demonstrate value and compliance standards.
• Document all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to support data-driven decision-making though structured report mechanism
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state to manage accounts and drive new business.

Preferences

• Cadidates are preferred from STEEL and CEMENT industries who will be interested to travel across state and meet clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, mechanical engineering or any related field.

- 2+ years of proven sales experience in key sectors.

- Deep understanding of transportation safety norms and construction protocols.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

- Proficiency in and Microsoft Office tools like word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be open to frequent travel.
