Sales & Marketing Executive📍 Location: Trichy
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Any Degree
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with customer leads.
- Analyse sales and marketing performance.
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Track leads, orders and revenue.
- Identify reasons for lost leads and improve conversion.
- Suggest offers, combos, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Maintain daily sales reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve sales.
- Required SkillsGood communication & sales skills
- Analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Lead management & customer follow-up
- Target-oriented approach
Industry: Cosmetics / Skincare / Haircare / Beauty / D2C experience preferred.
