Urgent Hiring – Sales Manager / Financial ConsultantSalary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA


Experience: 0–10 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply)


Qualification: Any Graduate / PG / MBA


Industry: Banking, Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Insurance & Wealth Management


Job Locations: Aluva, Angamaly, Perumbavur, Kalady, Irinjalakuda, Mala, Edappal, Vadakkenchery, Guruvayur, Wadakanchery, Thrissur and Kunnamkulam.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through field sales, cold calling, referrals and client meetings.
  • Promote and sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Bonds and other financial products.
  • Identify potential customers and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.
  • Cross-sell financial products to existing customers.
  • Explain investment products, services and opportunities to customers.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to convert leads into business.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements

  • Any Graduate / PG / MBA can apply.
  • 0–10 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
  • Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to engage in field sales and customer acquisition activities.
