Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assess their beauty preferences, skin types, or concerns & initiate helpful conversations.
- Product Demonstrations: Show customers how to apply makeup, test skincare products, use beauty tools on the spot.
- Personalized Recommendations: Match customers with the right foundation shades, lip colors, or skincare regimes based on individual needs.
- Sales & Upselling: Drive daily and monthly brand sales targets, promote special offers, etc
- Merchandising & Stock Control: Keep display shelves clean, well-stocked, organized; track inventory and flag low stock or near expiry items.
