Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000/month

Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

Gender: Female

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to connect with customers and promote our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain real estate projects, offers, and available properties
  • Understand customer requirements and generate leads
  • Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits
  • Maintain customer details and follow up regularly
  • Achieve monthly sales and calling targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Confident and customer-friendly personality
  • Sales/telecalling experience in real estate is preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
