Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, and generate sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain products, services, offers, and pricing to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer information and update call records.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
