Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Outbound Calling: Actively contact potential customers from provided databases regarding loan (Unsecured - Personal Loan).

· Lead Generation: Generate interest, qualify prospects, and explain features of Personal Loan.

· Objection Handling: Understand customer query and objection and offer solution.

· Documentation Support: Assist interested customers with the initial documentation process.

· Login Process: Understand customer profile basis Company, Salary, existing loans etc and discuss with Team Leader and process loan application with Bank/NBFC.

· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly Sales Targets.

· Data Maintenance: Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up details.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with prospects. 

· Team Player: Closely work with Team Leader and Senior Colleagues.
