💼 Job RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our Personal Loan sales team.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding Personal Loan requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and benefits.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit team for documentation and processing.
- Maintain proper follow-up and customer records.
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
- 👤 Candidate ProfileFreshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Personal Loan / Credit Card / Banking / DSA / Tele Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi is required; Marathi/English will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers/WhatsApp.
