Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.


Understand customers' loan requirements and provide relevant information.


Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, tenure, and required documents.


Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.


Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.


Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams.


Maintain customer details and daily call records.


Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
