- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain personal loan and other financial products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and backend team for login and disbursement.
- Maintain daily calling and lead records.
- Achieve monthly calling, login and disbursement targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi, Marathi or English.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Telecalling / telesales / banking experience will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
