Job Description
Job Description :
- Supervise Guest Service Associates during shifts.
- Allocate sections and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Conduct shift briefings and monitor team performance.
- Handle POS billing, cash, card and UPI transactions.
- Ensure billing and transaction accuracy.
- Handle guest complaints and provide service recovery.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and Guest Relations team.
- Ensure SOP, grooming, hygiene and table standards are followed.
- Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of front-of-house experience in a restaurant/casual dining environment.
- 12th pass mandatory.
- Basic POS billing and cash-handling knowledge.
- Team coordination/leadership skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
- Hotel Management diploma preferred.
