Job Description
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in patient files and hospital systems.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
Ensure infection control protocols and hospital safety standards are followed.
Prepare and maintain operation theatre, wards, or ICU areas as per duty assignment.
Observe, report, and record any changes in patients’ conditions to the attending physician.
Educate patients and their families about health management and post-treatment care.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
