Job Description

Mark attendance and report actual labour strength at each site.

Allocate work to labourers and monitor daily output.

Share morning work plans and evening progress updates.

Upload site photographs and report completed, ongoing and pending work.

Raise material requirements in advance and record material consumption.

Check workmanship and report defects before proceeding to the next activity.

Report delays, labour shortages, client complaints and site obstructions immediately.

Ensure no extra work is executed without approval from management.

Maintain site cleanliness, safety and proper use of tools.

Coordinate with the office regarding measurements, billing records and work completion.
