Job Summary
The Salon Manager oversees daily salon operations, leads the staff, and drives business growth. This role balances team leadership with financial management to ensure excellent client service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations: Oversee staff schedules, client bookings, and salon cleanliness.
- Lead the team: Recruit, train, and motivate stylists and receptionists.
- Control inventory: Order supplies, track product usage, and manage vendors.
- Drive sales: Promote retail products, run marketing campaigns, and track daily revenue.

Requirements
