Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage our Resale & Rental sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle resale and rental property transactions from lead generation to closure.
• Generate leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and client networks.
• Handle property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with clients.
• Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate between owners and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and customers.
• Monitor daily team activities, calls, site visits, and conversions.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales performance reports.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in Resale and Rental is preferred.
• Prior experience in team handling/team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
