Job Description
Kiran’s Art Studio is urgently looking for a Receptionist Cum Telecaller who is well-spoken, organized, and customer-friendly.
The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations and managing calls related to enquiries and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally
Explain courses, batches, and fees to parents and students
Manage front desk and visitor entries
Maintain admission records and follow-ups
Handle WhatsApp messages and appointment scheduling
Coordinate with teachers and management
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Prior experience in receptionist or telecalling preferred
Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
