Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Up to 15% Commission

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Job DescriptionFlatsIndia™ is looking for a Sales Executive to handle real estate sales across Primary, Resale & Rental properties.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and understand client property requirements.
• Generate and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
• Suggest suitable properties based on client requirements and budget.
• Conduct property visits and client meetings.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers and channel partners.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing transactions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
• Build and maintain strong client and broker relationships.
• Source additional property options through market research and broker networks.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and deal records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Requirements1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to independently handle clients and property visits.
• Knowledge of the Thane real estate market will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
• Should be proactive, energetic and willing to learn.
