Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and offers.

Understand customers' budget, location preferences, and property requirements.

Generate and qualify potential leads.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Schedule property/site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.

Update lead status and customer details in CRM/software.
