Job Description

🚨 WE ARE HIRING | WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

🏢 Company: Rentickle

📍 Locations: Delhi | Noida | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai (Thane – Taloja Shilphata Road)

💼 Experience: 0–3 Years

💰 Salary: As per company standards

⏰ Shift: 9 Hours | Rotational Shifts

📅 Weekly Off: Weekdays | Weekend Working

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls/emails for deliveries, pickups, recovery & defaults

• Maintain MIS and perform basic Excel/data entry

• Coordinate with Finance & Operations teams

• Manage operational/recovery emails and follow-ups

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills

• Basic MS Excel & data entry knowledge

• Experience in Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse or Backend Operations preferred

• Comfortable working from a warehouse location

• Flexible for rotational shifts & weekend working
