Job Description
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Make B2B outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective insurance agent(POSP)and customers.
- Explain health and Life insurance products in a simple and clear manner
- Understand customer/insurance agent (POSP) requirements (family size, age, medical needs, etc.)
- Suggest suitable insurance plans based on customer profile
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer /POSP) objections and queries effectively
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer data
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
EligibilityCriteria
- Minimum
- Qualification:
- 12thPass Graduate (Male or Female)
- Experience:
- Preferred in health/Life, Loans, CC and graduate Freshers are welcome.

Skills Communication & Listening Skills 📞
- Clear and confident communication (Hindi, Marathi + English)
- Ability to explain policies and insurance App in simple language
- Strong listening skills to understand customer and POSP / Insurance agent needs
Job Details
- Job Location: Thane w and Andheri -e
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)
- Fresher Graduates- up to 20K
