## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Procurement with a strong technical background in electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, coordinate with project managers and vendors, handle material logistics, and optimize the supply chain workflow to ensure timely project execution.

## Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Feasibility

* Take over project documents including BOQ, technical specifications, sales orders, and client POs from the Project Manager.

* Conduct in-depth studies of sales data to evaluate technical feasibility and identify loopholes.

* Attend alignment meetings with PMs, sales teams, project teams, and directors to resolve queries.

Vendor Management & Negotiation

* Float enquiries to registered database vendors and sales-recommended vendors.

* Collect vendor technical datasheets and coordinate with the project team for technical approval.

* Prepare detailed commercial and technical comparison statements based on vendor offers.

* Lead commercial and technical negotiation meetings with vendors in coordination with the PM.

* Identify and onboard new vendors to update the company database.

Purchase Order & Inventory Execution

* Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI) and purchase requisitions for head-of-project approval.

* Verify stock availability before processing and raising authorized Purchase Orders (PO).

* Manage Goods Received Notes (GRN) from project managers to maintain accurate inventory levels.

* Monitor and update track sheets and PR status reports for PM review on a weekly basis.

Logistics & Financial Compliance

* Coordinate material delivery schedules in sync with project timelines.

* Track daily work plans for delivery personnel and logistics vehicles, maintaining vehicle logs for billing.

* Collect timely tax invoices, delivery challans, and test certificates from vendors.

* Review and submit approved tax invoices and delivery vouchers to the accounts department.
