- Job Responsibilities:Call potential leads and explain the details of our courses.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to maintain engagement.
- Send relevant course materials, promotional offers, and updates to prospective students.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate details and feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar sales role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email tools, and WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
