Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, or messages in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical or service issues, and resolve complaints effectively
- .Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi).
- Soft Skills: Active listening, empathy, problem-solving ability, patience, and a calm composure under pressure
