Job Description
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Assist customers with Airtel products and services.
Explain and promote suitable telecom, broadband, and digital services.
Generate sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Support SIM, recharge, broadband, DTH, and other service-related processes.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Complete daily sales/service reports and maintain accurate customer records.
