Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive Commercial Vehicle Loan business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, developing dealer and DSA relationships, achieving business targets, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource Commercial Vehicle Loan customers through direct marketing, referrals, dealers, and DSAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
• Conduct customer visits and collect required documents.
• Assess customer eligibility and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval.
• Ensure timely login and disbursement of loan cases.
• Maintain portfolio quality and support collections when required.
• Generate leads through local market activities and field visits.
• Update customer and sales data in the system on a regular basis.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also be considered).
• 0-3 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, NBFC, Banking, Automobile Sales, or Field Sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local market and dealer network preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
