Collection Manager

We are Raaho (Quick Digital Technologies Private Limited), a fast-growing digital freight tech company that connects truckers with transporters and 3PL companies across India.

We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Collections, based in Thane, Mumbai.

This is a managerial role. You will lead a team handling both field and on-call collections, and own the outcome of collecting on time. The role involves working on reconciliation sheets in Excel, reaching out to customers for timely intervention, coordinating internally across teams, and meeting customers in person 2 to 3 days a week.

Who we are looking for:

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in collections, ideally in freight, logistics, or a related industry

Strong understanding of how collections work in our industry

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, including owners of transporter and 3PL companies

Confident and professional in email and on calls, someone who commands respect at a senior level

Strong with Excel and reconciliation

A team leader who can drive timely outcomes
