Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Collection Advisors to join our Collections Team. The role involves interacting with customers regarding their EMI payments, ensuring timely collections, resolving payment-related queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding EMI dues and overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of EMIs.

• Negotiate payment commitments and repayment plans when applicable.

• Educate customers about payment schedules and outstanding balances.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

• Adhere to compliance requirements and ethical collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
