Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesClean and process fresh fish and seafood as per customer requirements.
  • Descale, gut, cut, fillet, steak, or portion fish as required.
  • Remove head, fins, tail, bones, and skin as per the product specification.
  • Ensure proper portion size and minimize product wastage.
  • Follow customer-specific cutting instructions accurately.
  • Check the freshness and quality of fish before processing.
  • Handle knives and cutting equipment safely and correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the processing area and equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize cutting tables, knives, tools, and other equipment.
  • Properly store processed fish at the required temperature.
  • Coordinate with the Picker Packer and Operations team to complete orders on time.
  • Inform the supervisor about any quality, stock, or processing issues.
