Never do the security guard candidates land a good job let alone getting the refund on the fees paid. And the gruelling train commute in the peak hours, over and above, the guards' 12 hrs shift kills their social and family life like nothing else.

So to address all these problems and many more, WINGS Secure Hire has launched a digital portal where hundreds and thousands of highly capable and experienced Security Guard profiles are listed in a raliway-station wise format so that the guards get job sites closer to their homes, making it a win-win for the guards and agencies both.

Currently, we are hiring for a Business Development Executive to expand our operations in the whole Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Their duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Identify & tie-up with stable and reliable Security Guarding companies in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane.

2. Fix up appointments with key-decision makers in the organization for application demo.

3. Understand and gather their site requirements and manpower needs to align it with our offerings.

4. Liaise with our internal recruitment team to fulfil client's site requirements within the set deadline.

5. Follow-up with clients for updates on hiring status, and solve their problems with the help of internal teams.
