Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Vendor identification & development
• Procurement of civil/construction materials
• Collect & compare quotations and negotiate rates
• Prepare Comparative Statements & Purchase Orders
• Coordinate timely material delivery at sites
• Vendor follow-up & performance management
• Coordinate with Site, Project & Accounts teams
• Maintain purchase, vendor & material records
• Track pending orders, deliveries & payments
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase & Vendor Management
• Construction/Civil industry experience preferred
• Good knowledge of construction materials & market rates
• Strong negotiation, communication & follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
