Job Description:
Varthana Finance is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to drive branch business, manage sales targets, lead a team and ensure branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and achieve sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage branch operations, profitability and collections.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and develop the local market.
- Ensure timely loan processing and control delinquencies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, MFI, SME Loans, Mortgage, Retail Sales or Financial Services.
- Postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Valid Driving Licence.
