Job Description

Team Leader – Operations


Salary: ₹14,000-₹16000/month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the daily work of the assigned team.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure daily targets are achieved.
  • Ensure proper quality, hygiene and SOP compliance.
  • Maintain basic production/attendance records.
  • Train and guide team members when required.
  • Report issues, wastage and material requirements to the supervisor.
  • Keep the work area clean and organised.


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of production/farm/food-processing operations.
  • Basic English reading and communication skills.
  • Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
  • Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
