Workshop Manager

- Supervise a team of 15-20 mechanics and support staff across workshop and satellite locations.

- Ensure compliance with warranty procedures, overseeing monitoring and documentation.

- Strategize and implement Preventive Maintenance System, assigning tasks to relevant sections/mechanics.

- Provide hands-on oversight of workshop operations, particularly regarding technical matters.

- Forecast and procure spare parts for specific jobs, special projects, or stock replenishment.

- Monitor and track progress of each repair job, providing necessary follow-up.

- Offer guidance and support to mechanics and support staff through coaching and mentoring.

- Maintain accurate records by entering data into the service record database system.

-Workshop Manager is responsible for smooth workshop operations, manpower control, service quality, NPS improvement, customer complaint handling, productivity, spare parts coordination, revenue growth, cost control, process compliance, safety, reporting, and ensuring transparent, timely, and quality service delivery as per company standards.

Calculate repair costs, secure necessary approvals, and explain the final invoice and replaced parts. Process accident claims, manage documentation, and coordinate with insurance surveyors for approvals. assess accident damage, prepare cost and time estimates, manage claim documentation, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
