Job Location: Ichhapor, Adajan–Hazira Road, Surat, Gujarat
Total Vacancies: 12 (6 Welders + 6 Fitters)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 8 Months – 2 Years
Education: ITI / Technical Education Preferred
Age: 25–35 Years
Gender: Male
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job DescriptionOffside Work Fabrication is urgently hiring experienced Welders and Fabrication Fitters for its workshop in Surat. Candidates should have relevant practical experience in welding, metal fabrication, fitting, and assembly work.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding, fabrication, fitting, and assembly work.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Measure, mark, cut, align, and fit metal components accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Perform tack welding and assembly wherever required.
- Maintain welding quality, heat control, and dimensional accuracy.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Inspect finished work and maintain quality standards.
- Required SkillsWelding: Material knowledge, welding techniques, hand-eye coordination, heat control, safety practices, and blueprint reading.
- Fitting: Technical drawing
