Job Description
• Inventory & Stock Management: Supervise daily inward, outward, dispatch, and physical inventory tracking in ERP/Tally/Excel.
• Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Oversee Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, stock transfers, and dispatch documentation.
• Material Handling & Storage: Ensure accurate material binning, labeling, damage checks, and systematic warehouse layout maintenance.
• Coordination & Audits: Coordinate closely with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams. Lead regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate logbooks, manage dispatch invoices, track gate passes, and enforce company SOPs and safety standards.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, aging reports, and material balance summaries for management.
