Key Responsibility:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus when required.
• Explain menu items, beverages, offers, and daily specials to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/barista team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure correct presentation and quality of food and beverages before serving.
• Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and attend to their requirements.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, service areas, and guest spaces.
• Set up tables and service stations before the start of operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and service team for smooth order execution.
• Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and immediately report issues to the Captain or Supervisor.
• Follow café SOPs, service standards, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain proper handling and care of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.
• Support stock arrangement and replenishment of service items when required.
• Follow grooming, uniform, attendance, and workplace discipline standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
