Videographer / Video Shooter

About the Role

Softieons is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer to shoot promotional videos, product advertisements, social media reels, and marketing content for our software products and brands.

You will work with our Video Presenter, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Team to create engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product advertisements.
• Operate cameras and smartphones to capture high-quality footage.
• Set up lighting, tripods, gimbals, and microphones for shoots.
• Record presenter-led videos, product explainers, and promotional content.
• Handle camera angles, framing, focus, and composition.
• Coordinate with the presenter and marketing team during shoots.
• Shoot multiple short videos and promotional clips regularly.
• Organize and transfer recorded footage to the video editing team.
• Maintain and handle shooting equipment properly.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of videography and camera operation.
• Understanding of lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras or smartphone video shooting.
• Knowledge of tripods, gimbals, and microphones is an advantage.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow scripts and work with an on-camera presenter.

Eligibility

• Freshers with practical shooting skills can apply.
• Previous experience shooting reels, advertisements, or promotional videos is an advantage.
• A portfolio or sample videos personally shot by the candidate is preferred.
• Basic video editing knowledge is an additional advantage, but editing is not the primary responsibility.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
• Full-time, office-based position in Surat.
