Job Description


Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook: product demos, how-tos, before/after pool transformations, UGC-style ads for https://www.instagram.com/poolshark.official

Cut performance ad creatives for Meta and Google, including several hook, length and aspect-ratio (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) versions of each ad for A/B testing

Produce long-form YouTube content, product explainers, and corporate or plant videos for B2B and institutional audiences

Add motion graphics, text animations, captions and subtitles, lower thirds and branded intros and outros

Do colour correction, audio cleanup, sound design, and music and SFX selection

Keep every video consistent with each brand's visual identity

Maintain an organised footage library and project archive

Work with the marketing team on scripts, storyboards and shot lists, and occasionally help on shoots

Keep up with platform trends and formats, and bring new ideas to the team
